Officials from the National Telecommunications and Information
Administration (NTIA) are talking with the public about the proposed
reorganization of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and
Numbers (ICANN), according to NTIA associate administrator Robin Layton,
who heads the office of international affairs. From stakeholders, Layton
said, "We're looking to get some specific ideas on what should be the
scope of ICANN's mission and ideas on how to effectively address
problems in ICANN." ...
