The Board resolution is good news, but I think there will be many more
donations once there is a statement from ICANN about how that money
will be spent - ie who will be hired, what will be his mandate, and
how should he/she interact with current ICANN staff, Board, SOs and At
Large members and efforts.
So I think that ICANN should clarify that as soon as possible.
