As someone who is constantly working with developing nations in the 
endeavors of increasing education and awareness of the powerful tools of 
the Internet, I volunteer my services to this Organizing committee to 
assist in guiding preliminary efforts to be truly inclusive of the lowest 
common user.

Is there somewhere that I may go to be ratified?
