Michael and all stakeholders or interested parties,

Let's just say that ti ICANN BOD and staff are not very thrifty...
Some might call that an understatement, and I would be hard pressed
to disagree with them. But the biggest problem is that getting costs
and expenditures under reasonable control required full financial
disclosure as Karl Auerbach is, has been, and is suing ICANN BoD
and staff members to get. Therefore I can make several conclusions
based on supposition. But what is more important is that the overall
impact of no disclosing all of the ICANN Financial records as well
as cost justifications, is paramount to breading more and wider
distrust. And that folks, is not a good thing!

There is nothing to indicate that ICANN nor their mouthpieces have rotated 180 degrees from their normal behavior. Do not send money into a black hole. All energy into a black hole does not come out. Spend it in small increments and spend it where one can see it being spent. ICANN is not the place for such expenditures.
