Jefsey and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  I and a growing number of our members also found this announcement
well, rather a joke, although a bad one as well.  But it did retain a certain
humor factor for me personally.

  I think that the sincerity of the ICANN staff or BoD announcements
of this nature, as we all have seen in the past repeatedly, are now more
of an insult to our collective and individual intelligence more than being
informative or of any intrinsic value.

  Yes Jefsey, Esther has wasted here money, but it is her money
to waste.  My own personal feelings on Esthers efforts, although
to a degree laudable are more of a distraction or frustration rather
than having any real impact on value to stakeholders.  The ALSC
failed to accurately reflect the stakeholders/users position and presented
their own Final Report that was like the UDRP, decidedly NOT consensus
based...
