Denise, can you explain what role ICANN staff will have in organizing the at
large?   I thought that the at large would do whatever it could to get
organized, after the 1st version was nuked by the ICANN board and staff, and
the present itself to the ICANN board for a second chance.   Where does the
ICANN staff come in with this second effort?
