What services is icannatlarge.com looking for?

Currently, I'm doing outreach to identify individuals/groups worldwide
interested in organizing At-Large structures, looking for common objectives
and interests relevant to Internet users and ICANN's mission, and
establishing mechanisms for coordination and cooperation among
(current/future) at-large structures.
