This last (the CSIF) appears to be a defunct group as there is no update
on their website dated past the year 2000. I find it hard to see how
this group can make your list Denise, especially since there is not even
a public archive for their puported "discussion list". See their
announcement listings:
 http://www.civilsocietyinternetforum.org/archive.html Also see their
lists page: http://www.civilsocietyinternetforum.org/lists.html I'm
sure you did not intend to include non-functioning, defunct
organizations on your list Denise, so why was this one added exactly?

Sincerely,
