Hello Danny:
I do not have a solution. I am not capable of providing all the answers to a set of problems. What I am capable of, though, is surrounding myself with the smartest, most energetic, and motivated people that will help me determine the best possible set of answers to some common problems. I think that ICANNatlarge will be that, eventually. I am optimistic, that, if enough people provide intellectual inertia and logic to this morass that ICANN has created so effectively we can build something that will make them just another political anomaly to leave out of the history books.
One person, one vote.
Regards,
Micheal Sherrill

With what? How will the successor agency be structured? Tearing something
down without giving consideration to the nature of it's replacement is
behavior appropriate to an anarchist. Let's see some proposed solutions...
What exactly needs to be fixed and how do you propose to fix it? If you
like, start small... give us a solution to the problems that can be expected
in an organization of volunteers that deals with domain name issues, like the
DNSO.
Anyone can spit out barbs... give us some solutions.
