Danny and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  Danny I am quite serious.  It is far too early to make a detailed
outline even as to what such a rebid structure would, could, or
should be without the input from the stakeholders/users.  That
is and remains how ICANN of present got itself into the trouble
it is into now.  Hence the MoU and White Paper provides
what mandates must be met and whom can and must determine
that structure as well as future policies that will regulate or govern
the central functions of the Internet...  Had you been around
when the Green Paper which became the White Paper and
in addition the MoU you would of course have a better understanding.
But of course as you Danny are a late comer, which is just
fine, you are lacking some history and pertinent background...
