Danny and all stakeholders or interested parties,
First Danny, let me say that I require such responses to be kept
open and aboveboard or therefore in the public arena on the
forum in which the are originated. Hence therefore and am
taking the liberty of correcting that in this response..
( See more below Danny's responses below )

Incorrect assumption Danny. As I indicated, yes I have read the
document. I have made some preliminary and obvious evaluations
as have our staff and two of our legal council. Perhaps you misunderstood
my previous response?

What work are you referring to? What work I am doing is what
I am elected by our members to do as well as my position
in my company, and some other endeavors that are internet related
in various areas. I am also offering here "Work" in the very typing
of this response which required some thought and consideration.
THAT is a body of work in and of itself. Perhaps you do not
recognize that or have decided not to, for you own personal
reasons? And if so, that too is fine..
Furthermore my work in general or in specific is really none
of you particular concern or therefore business really. However
if you would like for me to share my daily schedule I would be
more than happy to do so in outline form...

Yes. But those questions are leading questions or the most part.
Hence in part, my original response and preliminary brief evaluation..
