Denise, I agree with Karls comments regarding company unions. Why don't we
use the existing at large members, who you have email addresses for, and let
them vote on some different ideas regarding how they want to run things. We
could use this list to develop some competing ideas, and then have some
votes, and see what gets "bottom up" support.
