Denise and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  I guess this is going to be round 6 or the 6th iteration of ICANN
rat hole chasing to formulate a At-Large.  That seems to be very odd
as there was already an At-Large that the ICANN BOD killed,
and the ICANN BOD and staff already knows what, how and whom
would constitute such an At-Large membership.
